What each player can do here

P1 · Kirby
  • Kirby: the adventure is Kirby's; the other players join around Kirby as another Kirby or one of Kirby's friends.
P2 · Players 2–4
  • Players 2 to 4 can join at any point as King Dedede, Meta Knight, Bandana Waddle Dee, or a Kirby in another colour. Joining costs a 1-Up, but it still works with no lives left (that player starts with half health).
  • Ride piggyback on another player, then press and release L or R together for a Team Attack.
  • A Super Ability swung at another player only knocks them back; it never hurts them.

If your skill levels differ: If anyone is new, turn on Helper Magolor: everyone gets a potion that doubles maximum health, and Magolor pulls players out of bottomless pits. Riding piggyback on another player also lets the two of you combine into a Team Attack. How to split the roles

The stages

Part 1 of 2. Clear the stages and collect the Energy Spheres.

  1. BothSuper Abilities appear in Stage 2 (Grand Hammer) and Stage 4 (Snow Bowl).

Stage 6: Goriath

Part 2 of 2. Beat Goriath and recover the emblem.

  1. KirbyTheGamer suggests Ninja, which attacks at short and long range and can knock his attacks back.single source
  2. BothHe smashes the floor and everyone drops to a new, lower arena; this happens several times during the fight.
  3. BothHe clings to the walls, leaps at you and throws snowballs. Jump out of the way or hit them back.
  4. BothOn the ground he stretches a punch across the whole arena. It ends against the far wall and leaves him shaking his hand, so attack then.
  5. BothIn the second half he also fires bursts of ice energy; keep jumping to dodge them.

Where people tend to fall

  • TheGamer: the last arena has three icy platforms with little grip, so stay in the air while you fight there.

Boss

GoriathThe White Wafers boss

  1. First phase: Wall leaps, snowballs, a long stretching punch and ground pounds that break the floor.
  2. Second phase: Adds ice energy blasts and keeps breaking the floor into new arenas.

Extras and notes

  • 19 Energy Spheres: three in Stage 1 and four in each of Stages 2 to 5. (WiKirby only)
  • The emblem for the Lor Starcutter is waiting at the bottom once he falls.
