What each player can do here

P1 · Player 1
  • Each player picks a fighting style: close-up melee, ranged attacks from the back, or heavy armour to soak hits.
P2 · Players 2–4
  • A second player on the same machine joins with their own controller and shares the one screen; up to four can play locally or online. Wander too far from the leader and the game teleports you back.
  • In co-op a downed teammate can be revived by standing near them, and the team only loses a life when everyone is down.

The mission

Part 1 of 2. Overload the cores and escape.

  2. BothEnter the forge, find the cores and overload all eight by interacting with them; they explode afterwards, so step away.
  3. BothStay out of the lava; it burns over time.
  4. BothHead for the exit, beat the Redstone Monstrosity, then take the mining lift out.

Where people tend to fall

  • Redstone Golems can appear on the way; GameWith suggests hitting them from range.

The Redstone Monstrosity

Part 2 of 2. Beat the boss at the exit.

  1. BothIt is slow and its melee hits are huge, so keep your distance and use ranged attacks.
  2. BothIt summons redstone blocks that chase you; destroy them before turning back to the boss.
  3. BothOverload a core when the boss is lined up with it; the blast does heavy damage to it.

  1. Melee: Slow, but slams the ground in a wide area in front of it.
  2. Redstone blocks: Summons blocks that chase and hurt you.
  • Its ranged attack is described differently: Game8 says it spews lava in front of it, GameWith says it launches fireballs.
