What each player can do here

P1 · Chef 1
  • Same moves as Chef 2: chop, cook, plate, serve, wash plates at the sink, throw raw ingredients and dash.
P2 · Chef 2
  • Serving orders in the order they arrive builds the tip multiplier, which is where three-star scores come from.
  • Star targets change with the number of chefs; the numbers on this page are the two-chef ones.

If your skill levels differ: Team17 says newcomers can finish every kitchen and that later kitchens split the chefs up, so food has to be thrown across. Our suggestion when skill levels differ: finish the kitchen first, chase three stars after, and give the throwing side to the steadier chef. How to split the roles

Level 2-1

Part 1 of 8. Chicken nuggets and fries on two rafts.

  2. BothTwo rafts drift apart; both fryers are on the bottom one.
  3. BothA two-chef split: the top chef chops chicken and potatoes and throws them down; the bottom chef sends the raw food up and does nearly everything else.

Level 2-2

Part 2 of 8. Pasta spread over three balloons.

  1. BothThree stars for two chefs: 480 points (playing alone it is 340).
  2. BothPasta with noodles and a chopped beef, fish or shrimp topping.
  3. BothThe middle balloon rises and sinks, and it is the hardest one to reach.
  4. BothA tip combo of 5 orders in a row as a team (3 alone) unlocks Kevin 2.

Kevin 2

Part 3 of 8. Hidden level: steamed dishes on rotating platforms.

  2. BothUnlocked by a 5x tip combo on 2-2 as a team (3x alone).
  3. BothThe only twist is that the four platforms rotate now and then.

Level 2-3

Part 4 of 8. Pasta with portals.

Level 2-4

Part 5 of 8. Your first burritos.

Kevin 3

Part 6 of 8. Hidden level: a two-floor kitchen joined by one lift.

  2. BothUnlocked by scoring 1000 on 2-4 as a team (600 alone).
  3. BothThe two floors are linked only by a lift you cannot control, so put one chef on the cooking upstairs; food can burn while you wait for the ride.
  4. BothSend spare flour down and keep extra beef, fish and carrots upstairs ready to chop.

Level 2-5

Part 7 of 8. Burritos around a sliding counter.

  1. BothThree stars for two chefs: 460 points (playing alone it is 400).
  2. BothBurritos with steak or chicken; the counter in the middle slides left and right across the narrow gap.
  3. BothBecause the ingredients move, throw spares over next to the chopping boards.

Level 2-6

Part 8 of 8. Burgers on a spinning floor.

  2. BothThe clock waits until the first order goes out: prepare extra burgers and cheeseburgers before you serve.
  3. BothThe centre circle turns; keep one chef on each side so nobody gets cut off.
