What each player can do here

P1 · Mio
  • Mio controls a ball made of tiny robot spiders that can change shape.
P2 · Zoe
  • Zoe controls a ball that sticks magnetically to certain surfaces; in some sections it rolls through pinball layouts Mio runs.

Handy Drones

Part 1 of 10. Use the fan and terminal to get past the drone section.

  1. ZoeZoe's drone sticks to the blade of the fan so it can be carried around.

Down the Rabbit Hole

Part 2 of 10. Lift the elevator, hack the crane, and cross the chasm.

  1. ZoeZoe activates the fan so Mio can go up.
  2. MioMio hacks the crane so it carries Zoe's drone past the laser wall.

Hydration Facility

Part 3 of 10. Ferry Zoe by boat, open the gate, and get through the tubes.

  1. MioMio's drone becomes a boat that carries Zoe's drone across the water.

Prison Courtyard

Part 4 of 10. Sneak Zoe past turrets and drones using Mio's hacks and shots.

  1. MioMio shoots the three doors so Zoe can pass safely.

Pinball Lock

Part 5 of 10. Guide Zoe through the pinball layout and defeat Pinbawser.

    Execution Arena

    Part 6 of 10. Survive .exe-QT-3.14's attacks and defeat it.

    1. MioMio hacks the boss's fist and charges it into the boss's face, punching three times.
    2. ZoeZoe uses her magnet when the boss's hand falls, then Mio hits right after.
    3. BothUse the yellow launch pads to jump across the arena platforms.

    Waste Depot

    Part 7 of 10. Split routes through roombas, trash bins, and the compactor. Note: GG marker reads "Water Depot".

    1. MioMio hacks the trash bin and opens the hatch to let Zoe in.
    2. BothPush the platforms down so Mio can jump across.

    Cell Blocks

    Part 8 of 10. Clear security bots, climb the poles, and reach the cell block exit.

    1. MioMio extends the Tazer-Bot's nose as a bridge.
    2. BothMio hacks the Tazer Bot and sends the pole for Zoe's climb.

    Maximum Security

    Part 9 of 10. Dodge laser grids and cut your way out with the laser cutter.

    1. MioMio hacks the laser cutter and slices the beams around the edge.
    2. ZoeZoe uses her magnet to float through the lasers.
    3. MioMio hacks the black-light drone so the hidden lasers show up.
    4. BothZoe lifts the two green spots in the circle so Mio can cut them.

    The Prisoner

    Part 10 of 10. Survive the final boss fight and finish the chapter.

    1. BothDark Mio is the last of the chapter's three bosses.
    2. MioMio hacks Dark Mio, entering her mind, to split the brain apart.
    3. ZoeZoe button-mashes to impale Dark Mio.

    Boss

    PinbawserPinball boss

    1. Arena 3: Zoe pulls the boss with her magnet, then Mio shoots it into the chainsaw.

    1. Platforms: Zoe repels the magnetic panel revealed to reach the next platform.
    2. Head pop-off: Mio hacks the skull and button-mashes to pop the head off.

    Dark MioMirror boss

    1. Arena: Dark Mio slams Mio into the ground; button-mash to escape.
    2. Lasers: Jump over the patterned lasers Dark Mio creates on the ground.
    3. Magnetic ball: Mio exposes the magnetic core so Zoe can throw it back at Dark Mio.

    Achievements and extras

    • Achievement 'Sisters: A Tale Of Two Besties': sit together on the bench in the Waste Depot section.
    • Achievement 'Tazed and Confused': Mio zaps Zoe with the tazer robot's arm in the cell blocks.
    • Achievement 'Locked Up': open one of the cells with the panel nearby (cell blocks).
    • Achievement 'No Way Out': in Maximum Security, one player uses the control panel to shut the other in a cell.
