What each player can do here

P1 · Player 1
  • In this guide's split Player 1 plays Amadeus: he conjures boxes (and later planks and steel balls) and levitates objects into place.
P2 · Players 2–4
  • Player 2 swaps between Pontius (sword, and a shield that blocks shots and bounces light) and Zoya (a rope for swinging and tying things together, and a bow with fire and ice arrows).

If your skill levels differ: Classic mode allows one of each hero at a time; Unlimited mode lets both of you play the same hero, and puzzles are tailored to the number of players. Our suggestionPut the more experienced player on Amadeus, whose boxes press switches and build platforms. How to split the roles

The final fight

  1. BothThe fight is two attacks on repeat; dodge both and hit back between them.

Boss

The Nightmare PrinceThe final nightmare

  1. Laser: He fires a shadow beam that slowly tracks you around the arena; outrun it, or blink through it with Amadeus.
  2. Charge: He marks out a path and then rushes along it; get out of the way, or blink through him with Amadeus.
  3. To the end: Keep dodging both attacks and hit him as often as you can.
  • Below about a third of his health he turns red and speeds up.
  • One guide recommends Zoya's arrows for damage here.
