What each player can do here

P1 · Player 1
  • In this guide's split Player 1 plays Amadeus: he conjures boxes, planks and balls, levitates objects, and in this game can also reverse gravity.
P2 · Players 2–4
  • Player 2 swaps between Pontius (shield that deflects water and shots, a charge, and later a throwing sword) and Zoya (rope arrows for swinging and rope bridges, and arrows that later ricochet).

If your skill levels differ: The campaign runs for 1 to 4 players locally or online, and puzzle difficulty adapts to the number of players. Our suggestionPut the more experienced player on Amadeus, whose objects solve most rooms. How to split the roles

Along the road

Part 1 of 1. Cross the gaps and walls on the way to town.

  1. BothPull the next cart out of the way.
  2. Players 2–4Make a rope bridge across the chasm.
  3. BothGet the heavy stone next to the cracked wall and charge it so the wall breaks.
  4. Players 2–4Set off the explosive barrel with an arrow to blow the wall open.
  5. BothAfter the big shielded knight, flip the lever to bring out another explosive barrel.
  6. Players 2–4In his solo stretch Pontius picks up the Sword Throw ability.

Where people tend to fall

  • Two guides handle the large shield knight differently: one stomps it once it comes close to break the shield, the other waits for it on the upper platform.
