What each player can do here
- In this guide's split Player 1 plays Amadeus: he conjures boxes (and later planks and steel balls) and levitates objects into place.
- Player 2 swaps between Pontius (sword, and a shield that blocks shots and bounces light) and Zoya (a rope for swinging and tying things together, and a bow with fire and ice arrows).
If your skill levels differ: Classic mode allows one of each hero at a time; Unlimited mode lets both of you play the same hero, and puzzles are tailored to the number of players. Our suggestionPut the more experienced player on Amadeus, whose boxes press switches and build platforms. How to split the roles
Around the lake
Part 1 of 2. Route the water and light the fire switches.
- Players 2–4Light the switch on the ground with a fire arrow, then the second one to open the door.
- Players 2–4Leave a dream shield beneath the falling water, angled so the stream keeps the wheel turning.
- Players 2–4Split the waterfall: a dream shield catches half and sends it one way, Pontius sends the rest the other way.
- BothSteer the water into the drain with a dream shield to empty the pool, then fire-arrow the switch to open the door.
- BothConjure a steel ball and launch it at the crystal wall to shatter it.
- Players 2–4Later, another dream shield under a waterfall sends the water onto the wheel that opens the door above.
Pontius's nightmare
Part 2 of 2. Beat three dark knights in turn.
- Players 2–4Only Pontius fights here, against three knights that come one at a time, then two, then all three.

- If Pontius falls the whole fight restarts.
