What each player can do here

P1 · Player 1
  • In this guide's split Player 1 plays Amadeus: he conjures boxes (and later planks and steel balls) and levitates objects into place.
P2 · Players 2–4
  • Player 2 swaps between Pontius (sword, and a shield that blocks shots and bounces light) and Zoya (a rope for swinging and tying things together, and a bow with fire and ice arrows).

If your skill levels differ: Classic mode allows one of each hero at a time; Unlimited mode lets both of you play the same hero, and puzzles are tailored to the number of players. Our suggestionPut the more experienced player on Amadeus, whose boxes press switches and build platforms. How to split the roles

Through the grove

Part 1 of 2. Water the plant and break the crystal.

  1. BothSend the waterfall's water into the plant with Pontius's shield and a plank so it blooms.
  2. Players 2–4Charge the steel ball into the crystal wall.

Zoya's nightmare

Part 2 of 2. Strip the dark princess of her three charms.

  1. BothShe floats with three charms around her; take all three to win.

Boss

Princess ZoyaZoya's dark double

  1. Shield: Break her coloured shield with the opposite arrow: fire against one colour, ice against the other.
  2. Stun: Hit her until she is stunned; loops appear under the charms floating around her.
  3. Charms: While she is stunned, hook a charm with the rope and pull it away; when the last one goes, she is beaten.
  • One guide names the charms (crown: shields, sceptre: bolts, orb: healing) and suggests taking the crown first.
