What each player can do here

P1 · Luigi
  • Luigi holds the Poltergust G-00 and the flashlight: stun ghosts with the Strobulb, then vacuum and slam them. The run only ends if Luigi runs out of health.
  • Burst lifts the DJ's afro so the flash can reach her.
P2 · Gooigi
  • Gooigi walks over spikes and slips through bars and tight spaces that stop Luigi. Water and fire empty his health at once and send him back to Luigi.

If your skill levels differ: Losing health is never game over for Gooigi; the run only ends when Luigi runs out. So the newer player usually takes Gooigi and the steadier player takes Luigi. How to split the roles

The disco

Part 1 of 1. Win the button from the dancers and the DJ.

  1. BothEight ghosts dance on the floor; the one with the button dances a little out of step. Get next to it and Burst.
  2. BothIt passes the button to another dancer, so pick out the slow one again, Burst, flash and vacuum.
  3. BothThe DJ then fights you with records. Get close, Burst to lift her wig, then flash and vacuum her.

Where people tend to fall

  • Take too long and the dancers reset to the start of the routine.

  1. Dancers: Find the dancer with the button by its rhythm and Burst it.
  2. The DJ: Dodge the records, Burst her wig off, flash, vacuum. You get the Master Suite button.

Achievements and extras

  • Six gems are hidden on this floor, and a Boo turns up here once you have the floor's elevator button and come back later.
